• employer/employee rights and obligations according to Swiss local and state (municipal and cantonal) labor laws

Conception and analysis of legal documents

We assiste you :

• for all analysis, interpretation and adaptation of work contracts and company policy concerning: Short/long term employment contracts, salary, benefits/bonus, vacation days, list of responsibilities/job duties and exclusivity clauses
• to itemize, categorize and analyze the Social Insurances applicable to the work contract: Social security (AVS), Disability (AI), Unemployment, Accident and/or Loss of Income due to sickness insurance, Retirement (LPP)

Conflict Prevention and Conflict Management
